
So I always thought I am immune. Well , I'm not after doing what i want for years, i have to deal with a nasty chain reaction of a strain in my right side.
I can't even tell you how frustrating it is not to be able to workout for 2-3 hours straight, or even and hour without hurting.
It is driving me crazy and I'm trying my best attitude, believe me, I'm very disciplined.
it's just some things take longer than you want and I'm learning that I am not very good with waiting and that now I am forced to do so. So I try to get away with as much as possible but I'm not willing to hurt myself more so I have to cut back . Therefore I have all this energy and I guess I should just yell at people, no really. I guess I should The thing that drives me insane is that sports people . always expect me to not be able to move and that includes just everyone and so they think that if I can do things it can't be all that bad. Well it is and now I'm seeing a sports pt that does pilates and manipulations so we'll see. If I would feel honestly good with ignoring the pain i would, cause there is pain when you train, but because i know me , I know that there is nasty pain. So I'm in a bad mood at times, but that is the price of any thing you do a lot, wear and tear, and I'm lucky I am able to still be active although honestly , it does not give the pleasure of dancing for 2 hours. so I'll wait and modify. AHHHHH times 100= AHHHHHHHHAHHHHHHAHHHHHHAHHHHHAHHHH jk
