
Not only are they yummy and refreshing, they are good for us.
I eat then like candy, Ed and I adore them. Ed likes Raspberries a lot so I have to get my share fast before its gone. I love Blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries in that order.
Why eat a hard candy when you can bite on a juicy berry?
Well i gues hard candy have their place.
Nutrition reasons to eat Berries:

Blackberries are a good source of vitamin C, vitamin K, and manganese. They also provide high amounts antioxidant compounds, which may help protect our cells from damage. There is some evidence of reduced cancer and heart disease risk from blueberries.
Blueberries are one of foods with the highest concentration of antioxidants. They have a moderately low amount of sugar compared to other fruits.
