I realize some may think there has to be something going on to have a perfect moment.
I tend to think so myself. But truly this moment seating with the window open, hearing the birds ,and my dogs playing outside..this is perfect now.
I even think its perfect when I realize now my posture sucks.
So, I roll my shoulders back.
A perfect moment is laughing out loud to yourself when you see something really funny and you don't need to have someone here to laugh with you.
I do admit, there is no more perfect moment than to laugh out loud with Eddio.
But what I'm trying to say, is that every moment is perfect if we are still enough to pay attention

The trick is remembering to be still...that I have the hardest time doing! Thanks for the reminder. :-)
